The Road Ahead
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Where Realm Tiles is headed — honest, in order, and no vaporware. Here's what I'm building.
Hey — I'm Shepherd. I like to keep this open. You should be able to see what's coming, what I'm working on right now, and what's further out on the horizon.
This is a living page — I'll update it as pieces ship and plans firm up. No hype, no promises I can't keep, and when something slips I'll say so here.
Digital-first: growing the file library
The heart of Realm Tiles is the growing catalog of printable pieces, and that's where most of my energy goes. New packs on a steady cadence — that's the promise. Subscribers get every drop; everyone else can grab packs one at a time.
Upcoming file releases
Here's what's on the bench and roughly when it lands. Dates are targets, not blood oaths — but I hit them more often than not.
More packs are already in the pipeline behind these — the community votes on a lot of what comes next in the Discord.
Print-on-demand launch
Not everyone owns a 3D printer — and you shouldn't have to, to get Realm Tiles on your table. Print-on-demand means you order the pieces, I handle the printing, and they show up ready to paint.
Commercial Licensing
If you print terrain and want to sell Realm Tiles prints — legally, with the brand behind you — the Commercial License program is open and taking applications today. One license, three billing cadences, no royalties. It's a real partnership, not a giveaway.
The Round Table
The subscription that keeps the whole thing moving. Every new pack, full Forge Builder access, and the community. As the catalog grows, so does everything a membership gets you. Growing the Round Table is what lets me keep designing full-time — it's the engine of Realm Tiles.
Community Mod System
The community already remixes and shares pieces — I want to make that first-class. A proper mod system so subscribers can share their variants and creations cleanly inside the Round Table community. Modded files stay free and stay in the subscriber community, always. This one's on the drawing board; more as it takes shape.
A note on how I plan
Realm Tiles grows the honest way — one great pack at a time, funded by the people who use it, guided by the community that plays with it. No ads, no algorithms, no bullshit. If a plan changes, I'll tell you here and tell you why. That's the deal.
Got a question about any of this? Chat with Lumin on realmtiles.com — if it can't answer, it escalates straight to me, and I reply personally, usually within a business day.
